Marketing Coordinator / MarCom Specialist

Do you want to work in an international environment where you can combine strategy, creativity, and project management? Adecco is currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator / MarCom Specialist for one of our clients for a 12-month assignment.

About the Role

In this role, you will have a central position within Global Marketing where you drive and coordinate marketing and communication efforts on a global level. You will work both strategically and operationally, with significant responsibility and many points of contact – both internally and externally.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global MarCom campaigns in line with the company's strategy.
• Drive regional marketing with a particular focus on China, including localized marketing strategies.
• Create, publish, and follow up on social media content with a focus on analysis and optimization.
• Be responsible for global fairs and exhibitions – from planning and project management to creative execution.
• Support brand development, including rebranding and brand renewal.
• Manage website content and SEO to increase visibility and traffic.
• Develop and streamline automated email marketing flows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and lead the work together with external agencies and partners.

Who Are You?

We believe you are a self-driven and proactive person who thrives in an international context. You have an easy time prioritizing, making decisions, and driving work forward even when circumstances change.

We Prefer That You Have:

• A background in marketing, communication, or PR.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience in events and/or fairs (preferable).
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
